Eat all of their food, and pass a compliment to the Chef, it’s
REALLY nice when , as a
former Chef, you not only get a compliment on the meal, but also something very specific about it
and comparisons to “old school” places where your dish originated from. It’s also nice when nobody
asks for salt as we did not keep it on the table, knowing (hoping) that every single dish was
consistent and that you’d never know who was cooking as the goal was to replicate the exact dish
every time, this did not happen, however it happened more than it didn’t. In case anyone is going to
ask, there was pepper.

Hygiene in the kitchen includes washing vegetables and fruits to
remove harmful bacteria
and germs from the surface of the foods. If you usually obtain bargain food from the “a truck back”
or regularly eat at establishments that are not licensed, you could be courting trouble.
